Eligibility

Account Eligibility and Registration Requirements

To register and maintain a 789tk account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis for as long as your account remains active. 789tk reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close accounts where eligibility criteria are found not to be met.

Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 21 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any time via KYC documentation.
You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.
You must not currently be self-excluded from 789tk or any other gaming platform under any active self-exclusion arrangement.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.
You must not hold more than one 789tk account. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances may be forfeited pending investigation.

Account Ownership and Security

Your 789tk account is personal to you. You must not transfer, sell, or share your account with any other person under any circumstances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 789tk will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 789tk customer support immediately. Any delay in reporting may affect your ability to recover funds.
789tk reserves the right to perform identity verification checks at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, before processing a withdrawal, or where unusual account activity is detected.

789tk does not permit the use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform. Any account found to be using such tools will be immediately suspended and any winnings generated may be voided.

Financial Transactions

Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Processing

All financial transactions on 789tk — including deposits, withdrawals, and bonus-related fund movements — are subject to the provisions set out in this section. Players are responsible for ensuring they understand these provisions before initiating any transaction.

Section 5.1

Deposits

The minimum deposit at 789tk is ৳500. Deposits may be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, and Islami Bank transfer. 789tk does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. The deposited funds must belong to the account holder. Deposits are credited to your 789tk wallet in real time for mobile money methods and within a short processing window for bank transfers. 789tk does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Section 5.2

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed after successful completion of KYC identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible. 789tk aims to process approved withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within approximately 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule. 789tk does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered to the account holder.

Section 5.3

KYC and Verification

Before processing any withdrawal, 789tk requires the account holder to complete identity verification (KYC). This process requires submission of a valid government-issued photo identification document (such as a National Identity Card, passport, or driver's licence) and may also require proof of address and proof of the payment method used. 789tk may request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

Section 5.4

Currency and Exchange

All transactions on 789tk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). 789tk does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the account holder and their payment provider. 789tk will not be held liable for any exchange rate losses or conversion fees incurred outside the Platform.

Promotions

Bonus and Promotional Terms

789tk offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and VIP rewards to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general bonus terms set out in this section and to any additional specific conditions published at the time the promotion is offered. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the terms of each promotion before claiming it.

Section 6.1

Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by 789tk carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the terms of that promotion. Where a wagering requirement is expressed as a multiplier (e.g. 20x), this means the total bonus amount must be wagered that number of times using real-money bets on eligible games before a withdrawal request can be submitted. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — game-specific contribution rates are published on the relevant promotion page.

Section 6.2

Bonus Eligibility and Restrictions

Bonuses at 789tk are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player per promotional period. 789tk reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed. Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or any coordinated wagering designed to circumvent the wagering requirements — will have their bonus voided and may have their account suspended.

Section 6.3

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses at 789tk have an expiry date. If the wagering requirements attached to a bonus are not completed within the specified validity period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account automatically. The validity period for each bonus is stated in the promotion terms. Players are responsible for monitoring their active bonuses and their remaining wagering requirements from within the account dashboard.

789tk does not permit bonus stacking (claiming multiple simultaneous bonuses) unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms. Only one bonus may be active at a time per account unless the relevant promotion specifies otherwise.

Prohibited Conduct

Activities Strictly Prohibited on the 789tk Platform

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 789tk. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds, depending on the severity of the breach. 789tk reserves the right to report suspected criminal activity to relevant authorities.

Opening or operating more than one account on the Platform, whether under the same or different personal details.
Using the Platform to launder money or process funds derived from illegal sources. All suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities.
Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any form of scripted play to gain an unfair advantage over other players or over the house.
Colluding with other players during live casino games, poker, or any game where collusion could influence the outcome to the detriment of other participants.
Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration, KYC verification, or any customer support interaction.
Attempting to exploit software errors, display glitches, or mathematical vulnerabilities in any game offered on the Platform. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a software error will be voided.

789tk monitors all account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where such patterns are detected, the Platform may place temporary restrictions on an account pending investigation without prior notice. Players are encouraged to contact customer support if they believe a restriction has been applied in error.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of Platform Content

All content on the 789tk Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and any other material published by 789tk — is the exclusive property of 789tk or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 789tk.

Game content — including game mechanics, RNG software, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of the respective game providers (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is governed by those providers' own intellectual property terms. 789tk does not claim ownership over third-party game content.

Liability

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 789tk shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use of the Platform, including but not limited to the following:

Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from inability to access the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or force majeure events.
Game outcome disputes where the outcome was determined by a certified RNG system or by a live dealer acting in accordance with standard dealing procedures.
Losses resulting from a player's failure to protect their account credentials or from unauthorised account access where the player failed to notify 789tk in a timely manner.
Interruptions to internet connectivity, mobile data availability, or device performance that affect a player's ability to complete a transaction or gaming session.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit 789tk's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law. The Platform's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Account Actions

Account Suspension, Closure, and Termination

789tk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. The following clauses describe the most common circumstances under which such actions may be taken.

Section 8.1

Suspension for Investigation

789tk may place an account under temporary suspension while it investigates suspected prohibited conduct, unusual financial activity, identity verification issues, or complaints from third parties. During a suspension, the account holder will not be able to log in, deposit, withdraw, or participate in games. 789tk will aim to complete any investigation and communicate its findings within a reasonable timeframe. Where the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the suspension will be lifted and normal account access restored.

Section 8.2

Permanent Closure for Breach

Where 789tk determines that an account holder has breached these Terms — including through fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, providing false information, or operating multiple accounts — the account will be permanently closed. Any remaining balance may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach. 789tk will retain records of the breach for compliance and regulatory purposes.

Section 8.3

Voluntary Account Closure

Players who wish to close their 789tk account voluntarily may do so by contacting customer support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed and any active bonus funds will be removed from the account. 789tk will retain your personal data for the period required by applicable law following account closure. Players who have set up a self-exclusion arrangement should use the self-exclusion tools rather than standard account closure to ensure that re-registration is appropriately restricted during the exclusion period.

Amendments to Terms and Governing Law

It is the player's responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 789tk operates as an online entertainment platform.
